Mr. Shaji Joseph is the Chairman of Sea Blue Shipyard Ltd. He is a Commerce Graduate started his career at Mumbai as an Accountant at Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.(P)Ltd. He later moved to the Middle East and joined Daewoo Motors in the year 1983. During the year 1995, he left Bahrain and joined Toyota in the State of Qatar in 1997. He has around 30 years of experience in Automobile Engineering Industry. He had visited many countries such as Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, GCC etc and participated in several seminars, workshops, training.
Mr.Jroish G Kanippilly is the Managing Director of Sea Blue Shipyard Ltd. He has an impressive background and extensive experience in the field of Finance and Investment management. His MBA in Finance from Madras University and qualification as a Chartered Management Accountant from CIMA, UK, indicate a strong academic foundation. With over 23 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Debt Structuring, Business Strategy, and Finance Management Reporting, he possesses a wealth of knowledge in navigating the complexities of the financial landscape. The fact that he is also running a Management Consulting Service firm with a diverse clientele from the US, UAE, and Africa further highlights his global perspective and ability to address a wide range of business challenges.
Mr O. C. John, Non Executive Director of Sea Blue Shipyard Limited. He is a Post Graduate in Commerce and a Graduate in Law. He joined Ship Building and Repairing Firm at Kochi in the year 1983 and later resigned in the year 2002 as its Chief Executive Officer. In the year 2003, he promoted Sea Blue Shipyard Limited with four other technocrats.
Mr. Tojen. E is a Mechanical Engineer by profession. He has about 8 years of experience at Merchant Navy as a Marine Engineer. He is one among the promoters of Sea Blue Shipyard Limited and at present, he holds the position of Director of Operations.
Capt. Monson Augustine, Non-Executive Director of the Company. He is a BSc. Graduate / Nautical Science. A Master Mariner who has been sailing in Merchant Navy for the last 30 years and 13 years of experience as Master of foreign going ship. He has vast experience in handling dry docking and repairs of the many ships across the world.
Mr. Ummer Moyinkutty, Non-Executive Director of the company. He completed his BSc Degree in Chemistry from Calicut University and holds post graduate diploma in computer applications. He is the founder of Ernad Agro Food. He retired from Bank Al Bilad as Admin Officer Investment Banking during 2015. He was instrumental & served in many key organizations to list a few Saudi French Bank, Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA), International Systems Engineering (Boeing Offset).
Mr. Shoukathali Meledath, Non-Executive Director of the company. He is an Automobile Engineer and has over 35 years of experience in Automobile Sales & Service Operations and Motor claims management in India and Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region. He was actively associated with automobile revolution in the MENA region. He possesses functional expertise in managing service operations with a key focus on bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources and is experienced in Strategic Planning, Business Development and General Administration.
